Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are “willing to help” the Royal Family as the monarchy is still dealing with the absences of King Charles and Princess Kate, royal commentator Kinsey Schofield has claimed.
This comes as Netflix released their new film Scoop on Friday, which dramatises Prince Andrew’s infamous BBC Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis.
According to the Daily Beast in the United States, both Princess Eugenie and Beatrice “would be willing to come back and help out” with royal duties, as things have “gotten tough for the Royal Family”.
King Charles and the Princess of Wales are continuing their cancer treatments in private, and the Princess will not be returning to public duties for the foreseeable future.

Speaking to GB News, Schofield said both Beatrice and Eugenie “don’t want these types of incidents brought up again” in regards to their father’s interview, and it would “not be beneficial to their argument” if they were to become more involved with the Royal Family.
Schofield added that if the reports are true, she is sure the Princesses will be “eager to help out wherever they can”.
Host Mark Dolan agreed with Schofield and said he is a “huge admirer” of Beatrice and Eugenie, as well as their mother Sarah Ferguson, who has “also been through a tough time health-wise”.
Discussing Netflix’s latest release, Schofield said the film is “fascinating” and is doing very well in America, with “incredible scores” on film review website Rotten Tomatoes.

Kinsey revealed: “On Rotten Tomatoes it has incredible scores, over 70 per cent with critics, as well as just regular viewers like you and I. It is a fascinating film.”
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Schofield shared her view on Scoop: “I think that for the most part, you watch Billie Piper as Sam McAllister and you see the ins and outs of really good journalism, and it kind of inspires you to get up and do something with your day.”
Schofield also highlighted Princess Beatrice’s appearance in the film, where she is seen in the initial meeting with Prince Andrew and the Newsnight team, as they negotiated the deal.
She responded to commentator Jennie Bond’s remarks of the film, and how Princess Beatrice will most likely “be upset” with her portrayal in the feature.
Schofield told GB News: “I think the concern is that she will be upset by her portrayal in this, and it was actually fine. It was a don’t blink and you’ll miss it part in the film. But it does remind people that she did have a hand in the negotiations to secure this interview with Buckingham Palace.”

Schofield added: “There was a little bit of encouragement on her end, and I’m sure she would like that part of history to slowly disappear and to go away.
“I’m sure she’d rather not be associated with that train wreck.”
In defence of the Royal Family as the King and Princess continue their cancer treatment, Schofield told Mark that the Royal Family is “going through a lot right now”, and supporters around the world “need to have respect for them”.
She stated: “We need to respect the difficult time that they’re having.”
