Voting is now open to determine who will walk away with our men’s Player of the Month award for November!
The month ended with us winning four matches from six and on top of our Champions League group and the Premier League, meaning there were plenty of contenders to make our shortlist.
We’ve whittled it down to the following four players to select from – read below why they have been nominated and vote for your worthy recipient!
Kai Havertz
November proved to be a memorable one for Kai, who came off the bench to net a crucial 89th-minute winner against Brentford to see us claim a huge win.
The German then followed that up with the opener in our 6-0 thrashing of Lens a few days later as he played the full 90 minutes to help us seal top spot in our Champions League group.
Bukayo Saka
It was another incredible month for our right winger, who managed to record an assist in four of the five games he started in November. He set up Leandro Trossard to kick-start our win against Sevilla before finding the net himself, and then linked up with the Belgian again to open the scoring against Burnley.
It was the England man’s cross that Kai got on the end of to snatch the victory at Brentford, before Bukayo teed up Gabriel Jesus against Lens before bundling home our third of the night soon after, taking his monthly tally to six goal involvements.
William Saliba
The Frenchman has been a rock at the back once again, and after being rested for our League Cup game at West Ham United, went on to play every minute of our subsequent five matches during the month.
He helped us keep three clean sheets during that time, as well as score his first goal of the season against Burnley. In that game he was a constant menace in the opposition box, with his header off the bar also allowing Oleksandr Zinchenko to seal the victory.
Leandro Trossard
The winger’s big moment during the month came against Burnley where he bravely headed in the opening goal – and our 1,000th goal at Emirates Stadium in the process – before whipping over a corner that allowed William to head us back in front.
Previously he had broken the deadlock against Sevilla in a crunch Champions League game that set us on our way to a 2-0 success and seize control of the group, which means he now has six goals to his name this campaign.
