Slipknot will play a huge run of UK shows next year.
The dates come 25 years on from the release of the metal group’s seminal debut album, which impacted back in 1999. Creating an instant cult following, Slipknot retain the feral energy of their early shows, while amplifying the production.
Looking ahead, Slipknot play a full European Tour next tour, touching down on UK soil. Hitting Leeds on December 14th, the band then play Glasgow, Manchester, and Birmingham.
Closing in London, Slipknot will play the O2 Arena on December 20th – their first show at the venue since 2020.
Says clown of the upcoming shows:
“It has been 25 years since we first played on the continent, and we’ve been back ever since. The memories I have from all those times are life changing, and we’re ready to make more. I’m so excited to bring our 25 year Anniversary tour to Europe and the UK. Be prepared for an energy you’ve never experienced before. It’s happening.”
