Sharon Beshenivsky gang lookout who served just 11 years of a life sentence over killing of unarmed PC is pictured next to his £20,000 luxury Mercedes outside his London home

One of the gang members convicted for the killing of Sharon Beshenivsky has been spotted with a £20,000 luxury Mercedes.

Faisal Razzaq served just 11 years of a life sentence for manslaughter for his role in the murder of PC Sharon Beshenivsky before he was released from jail in 2017.

Razzaq was the gang’s lookout during the armed robbery of a travel agents in Bradford in November 2005.

While attempting to flee the scene mother-of-three PC Beshenivsky was gunned down at point blank range and her colleague PC Teresa Milburn was seriously wounded.

Razzaq was cleared of murder but found guilty of manslaughter. Along with his brother, Hassan, and fellow henchman Raza Ul-Haq Aslam they are three members of the original six convicted who now walk free.

The Daily Mirror have tracked down Razzaq to his London home where he was pictured getting out of a £20,000 Mercedes C-Class.

When asked if he felt any remorse for the death of 38-year-old PC Beshenivsky he said: ‘Who told you I live here? Go away.’

Andy Brennan, the detective who led the original hunt for the killers, told the Mirror: ‘Police will be dismayed at the news these men are living their lives while so many people are still hurting from what took place.

‘It’s incredibly disappointing that they were released early, considering the disregard they have shown for the police officers and the robbery victims. They have shown little or no remorse.’

This week, the mastermind behind the armed robbery – Piran Ditta Khan was finally convicted for the murder of PC Beshenivsky at Leeds Crown Court.

Jurors at Leeds Crown Court were told Khan was the mastermind behind the robbery and played a ‘pivotal role in planning the raid and giving instructions to the others’.

Khan, a bankrupt takeaway restaurant boss with a history of assault convictions, fled the country on a flight from Heathrow to Islamabad in January 2006 after the ill-fated raid.

He left his wife and six children behind at their home in Ilford, east London and abandoned advanced plans to open a new takeaway restaurant in Aberdeen.

With no extradition treaty with Pakistan, Khan was effectively safe in his native country, at least for the time being.

It took 14 years for an extradition process to be established and relations with Pakistan to improve sufficiently for Khan’s days on the run to end.

He was arrested in Pakistan in 2020 before being extradited to the UK to serve trial last year.
