Royal Family LIVE: Meghan Markle’s exact movements while Prince Harry visits UK | Royal | News

Meghan Markle may aim to fly straight to Nigeria while Prince Harry is in the UK for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, raising questions about her choice of transport for the visit.

Talk TV host, Mike Graham, questioned how Meghan aims to fly straight to Nigeria and bypass the UK: “I don’t see how you can fly all the way from California in one hop to Nigeria, you just can’t do it…”

He posed the question: “Will she be flying commercial, long haul? Because you can’t take a private jet to Nigeria, can you?” To which royal podcast host, Kinsey Schofield added: “What Meghan wants, Meghan gets!”

Meanwhile, Prince Harry will make a “significant effort” to see King Charles when he visits the UK, despite claims the monarch will be busy. Speaking to Talk TV, Kinsey Schofield said the move would benefit the Duke and Duchess of Sussex: “I do think he’s going to make a significant effort to see King Charles not only because of the King’s health issues but Harry and Meghan monetise their relationship with the British Royal Family.”

Prince Harry will attend a service of thanksgiving on May 8, and is returning for the first time since his rushed visit to see King Charles in February after his cancer diagnosis was announced, which was a whistle-stop, 25-hour, visit to London.

Kinsey added: “It’s very important they continue to remind the world and especially Americans that they have that connection because that is truly how they make their money over here.”

The duke is expected to provide a reading at the event, which marks a decade since the inaugural Invictus Games in London in 2014.

Meghan Markle will not be joining her husband back in Britain but they are both headed to Nigeria, Africa, in May, to participate in a range of cultural activities and meet with service personnel. The planned Nigeria visit suggests Prince Harry may not remain in the UK for long.
