Meghan Markle has revealed Prince Archie’s hilarious reaction after being bought a camera to encourage his interest in photography.
The Duchess of Sussex gave a rare insight into the life of one of her children as hosted a post-screening film Q&A.
Meghan appeared on stage alongside filmmaker Misan Harriman and actor David Oyelowo following a screening of the pair’s short film, The After.
Opening up on Archie, the Duchess revealed how her son had been inspired by Harriman and had developed a love for photography.

“Inspiration runs deep,” she explained.
“Our four-and-a-half-year-old son – he would say ‘I’m not four, I’m four and a half’ – Misan was showing him how to do photography the last time he was with us.”
Meghan said she even bough Archie a camera to encourage his new interest.
But the four-year-old was unhappy that the camera he was given was not as expensive as the one he had learnt with.

She explained: “He said ‘But it’s not a Leica like Misan’s?’
“[I was like] You are not getting a Leica, not even for Christmas.
“So thank you for the inspiration across the board!”
Lieca is a high-end German camera brand, with its models costing as much as £8,000 to purchase.
