Maya Jama and Stormzy put on a loved-up display as they headed to the British Fashion Awards afterparty in London on Monday.

The couple appeared in good spirits as they held hands while making their way to the venue following the star-studded ceremony earlier in the evening.

Maya, 29, who co-hosted the awards, ensured all eyes were on her as she slipped into a black evening dress that showed off her toned pins.

The garment featured a flowing train aong with white straps while Maya added height to her frame with a pair of heels.

Styling her locks into voluminous curls, the Love Island presenter completed her look with a pair of gold drop earrings.

Stormzy, 30, opted for a casual look as he sported a black bomber jacket with a matching T-shirt and trousers.

They both underwent outfit changes from the awards show where Maya turned heads in an off the shoulder black gown and matching gloves.

The garment featured a beaded embellishment while the presenter also wore a pair of matching gloves.

Stormzy meanwhile looked dapper in an all-white outfit as he and Maya were seen chatting and looking cosy backstage.  

The couple confirmed that they were giving their romance another shot over the summer after they were spotted on holiday together. 

They have mostly kept their rekindled relationship out of the spotlight apart from an appearancer at the Vogue Forces For Change party last month. 

The couple’s reunion was said to be the work of Stormzy‘s mother Abigail Owuo, who recently spoke out about whether the rapper and girlfriend Maya will have children. 

Stormzy is reportedly already planning to propose to Maya, after they sent fans into a frenzy by revealing they had got back together.

And now his mother has hinted starting a family could be on their mind, saying: ‘It’s up to them.’

She said: ‘Will they get married and have children? Oh, I don’t know. For now, it’s up to the two of them.’

Insiders told The Sun that their relationship was secretly rekindled a year ago as they were reportedly seen kissing in an extra special VIP area in Germany, days before the GQ bash in London.

A source said: ‘Stormzy is really open about wanting to settle down and have kids one day, and he knows Maya is ‘The One’.’

The British Fashion Awards, presented by jewellery brand Pandora returned to the iconic London venue, the Royal Albert Hall on Monday evening.

The evening, hosted by Maya and musical artist Kojey Radical, celebrated 16 awards. TFA nominees and winners are voted for by an international judging panel made up of over 1000 industry experts.

The event serves as the main fundraiser for the BFC Foundation. which supports the future growth and success of the British fashion industry through its focus on education, grant-giving, and business mentoring.

The BFC also went back to having some gender-based design awards for the first time since the pandemic, splitting the best British designers into menswear and womenswear categories.
