The busy parents showed off their incredibly toned and chiseled physiques while frolicking in the ocean and on the beach.
The Invincible star, 52, is known for his commitment to fitness and reminded his fans this week of that fact.
‘No days off. Don’t wait until the new year,’ Mark wrote to his 27.4million followers on Monday.
In the newest snaps from his tropical vacation, the Ted actor showed off his Ken doll-esque muscles in a pair of short olive green swim trunks.
Rhea, who has been married to The Family Plan star since 2009, looked equally as fit as her famous husband.
The mom of four wore a tiny hot pink bikini with cheeky bottoms exposing most of her toned derriere.
The former Elle cover girl was also spotted laying on the beach reading a book.
Rhea’s coverup was the same shade of pink as her bikini and she kept her book and other essentials in a purple tote bag.
Mark works hard to look so good, getting up at 4am to work out and using cold plunges to aid in recovery.
‘Before it was about aesthetic when trying to get in shape. Now, I want to live a long time,’ Mark told People about his training schedule in September.
‘If I don’t work out in the morning, I have a really hard time doing it towards the end of the day.
‘I probably feel like [skipping the gym] almost every day… If I cut corners, then I can’t be at my best. Everything that I’ve done, that I’ve been successful at, is done by doing the work.’
The F45 Training CBO regularly talks his Instagram followers through his gym habits, urging fans to ‘put the emphasis on quality of life’ and focus on ‘longevity’ in a recent Instagram video.
In a different interview with People earlier this year, Mark admitted his workouts have shifted slightly over the years.
‘I’m starting to realize that I’m 51 years old, I need to stay in my lane and know that I don’t have to try to out-lift everybody or outwork everybody,’ he said.
‘I just have to push myself a little bit more and continue to just try to drag this beautiful life out as long as I can.’
