Celebrity Big Brother’s Gary Goldsmith had caused some viewers to “switch off” from the programme as the Princess Of Wales’ uncle has been gossiping about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The 59-year-old has kept fans talking since he appeared on the revived reality show on Monday, but now viewers are telling him to “bore off”.
It didn’t take long for the businessman to make scathing comments about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and on Wednesday’s episode he didn’t hold back in sharing his thoughts.
Speaking to fellow housemates during the show, he said of the couple: “Whilst they’re trying to reshape the royal family, modernise it, I think [William has] done an amazing job in that horrible situation, it seems he’s had an olive branch every time, for Harry to come back and be part of the gang.
“I genuinely think that they should take their titles away.” He went on to say he supported former US president Donald Trump as well as Boris Johnson.
Taking to social media, viewers blasted Goldsmith over his comments, with one writing: “Gary can bore off with all his talks about politics and Meghan Markle leave Meghan alone, you weirdo.”

“Gary ONCE AGAIN sl***ing off Harry and Meghan #CBBUK #CBB,” another shared, while a third penned: “Meghan living rent free in the mind of Royalists.”
“Why’s Garry chatting b******s about Meghan when he’s never even met her #CBBUK,” another asked.
Someone else posted: “Kate Middletons uncle still yapping about Meghan and Harry.”
“I need Gary to go because I cba to hear about the Royals and have Harry and Megan be subject to unnecessary scrutiny anymore than we already do,” another fan argued.

Echoing these views, another added: “I refuse to listen to Gary sl***ing off Haz and Megs! I’m gonna turn over in a moment cos its too much.”
It seems Goldsmith isn’t too popular amongst his housemates either, with former X Factor star Sharon Osbourne opting to put him up for the first public vote, meaning he could be evicted on Friday’s episode.
Quizzing Goldsmith, Osbourne asked: “Why did you accept the offer to come into the house?”
Kate Middleton’s uncle responded: “It does bother me about what the public perception of me is. The ‘black sheep’ of the Royal Family.

“If I could show people that I’m not that person and I’ve really put myself out there, because this isn’t my world.
“And ultimately, I’m not a celebrity. I don’t want to be a, you know, celebrity. I don’t want to go down that path.”
Osbourne made clear that she was suspicious of him, admitting: “Why don’t I believe you when you say that?”
She later announced Goldsmith is the housemate she had nominated to leave.
