Manchester United’s players celebrated long into the night with their partners after beating arch-rivals Man City to win the FA Cup on Saturday.

United won the historic cup competition for a 13th time thanks to a 2-1 win over Pep Guardiola’s side at Wembley.

Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo were on the scoresheet for the Red Devils, and they held on despite Jeremy Doku pulling one back.

And, as soon as the final whistle went, the partying began, with United’s celebrations taking place on the pitch and in the dressing room at Wembley.

The players then took a boozy bus ride to a venue where the club held an after-party.

Here, they were joined by their WAGS and the festivities were uninterrupted as several shots of United stars and their families were shared across social media.

However, one star who appeared to skip the after-party was Casemiro, with the United midfielder pictured jetting off on holiday with his family on Saturday evening.

His absence comes after a difficult season for the Brazilian, where serious questions have been raised about his future at the club.

Amad Diallo had initially captured the jubilation after United’s win on a live stream from the dressing room which showed goalscorer Alejandro Garnacho kissing his medal, an ecstatic Rasmus Hojlund and group hugs.

Victor Lindelof, meanwhile, kicked back with a can of Carling, while injured Harry Maguire offered his congratulations to Jonny Evans.

Garnacho and Lisandro Martinez draped the FA Cup in the Argentine flag as they posed for pictures after the teenage forward and Mainoo delivered glory for Erik ten Hag’s side.

Mainoo, wearing a bucket hat in United’s colours of red, white and black, was heard shouting ‘Amadinho is the G.O.A.T’ as the camera rolled.

The players danced to Gala’s classic hit Freed from Desire as the celebrations got into full swing.

Teenage darts sensation and United fan Luke Littler was even spotted watching Amad’s live feed as the players celebrated.

United’s stars looked in fine spirits as the celebrations continued on the team bus.

One video shared saw Hojlund and Scott McTominay together, with the Scot showing off some dance moves, while the Danish striker continued to drink.

Harry Maguire then posted an Instagram story in which several players were singing along to Neil Diamond’s classic ‘Sweet Caroline’, as they lifted the FA Cup trophy in the air.

United move on to the aforementioned celebratory event where the players were joined by their friends and family.

Magire shared another photo of himself, McTominay and Hojlund posing, with the caption: ‘Who’s partying?’, accompanied by a Red circle emoji.

In the photo, a rather worse-for-wear Hojlund had what looked to be a bottle of champagne in his hand.

Another later video showed the Dane dancing around to Abba like a wild man. However, he failed in his attempt to get Andre Onana to join him on the dancefloor.

Meanwhile, the players’ WAGS also got involved as Maja Lindelof posted a video from the event where her and Victor Lindelof sang along to ‘We are the Champions’.

Elsewhere, Cam Reading, partner of McTominay, shared a snap of the pair looking loved-up after what had been a superb day for the club.

She wasn’t the only partner to express her pride as Eva Garcia, Garnacho’s girlfriend, posted a photo of the pair posing with the FA Cup trophy, with the caption of ‘I love you @garnacho7’.

Antony, who has endured a difficult campaign, shared a snap with several of his family members as he basked in the glory of United’s triumph.

YouTuber IShowSpeed even managed to nab an invite to the celebrations, and the renowned Cristiano Ronaldo fan got photos with several United players and boss Erik ten Hag.

He seemed particularly enamoured with Garnacho and was seen recreating his stunning bicycle kick that he scored against Everton.

It is the 13th time United have won the FA Cup in their history and the victory ensured a difficult season ended on a high note.

Although Jeremy Doku finally rewarded City’s second-half of incessant pressure with an 87th-minute goal, they were unable to force extra time with a late equaliser as United held out.

It remains to be seen if Ten Hag has done enough to save his job with United’s part-owners Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos set to make a decision on his future.

Speaking to BBC after his side’s FA Cup win, meanwhile, he accepted that his future in unclear, before again fighting his case ahead of Ratcliffe’s decision.

‘I don’t know,’ he said, asked if Saturday’s match was his last in charge at Old Trafford. ‘The only thing I’m doing is preparing my team, developing my team.

‘This is a project for me. When I came in I can say it was a mess. Now we are better. We are not where we want to be.

‘Football is about winning trophies. I want to play the best football, dynamic, attacking football but in the end you have to win games and trophies. ‘That’s the we brought in. This was our one opportunity and we did it. I’m very proud of the players and staff.’

‘Two trophies in two seasons and three finals,’ he added. ‘That’s not bad. If they don’t want me any more I go somewhere else to win trophies. That is what I do.

‘How many times… every time it’s the same question. Do I have to repeat myself 15, 20 times… they don’t have to tell me every week, they tell me so often.’
