GAMERS are rushing to get a £50 title that’s available for free for a limited time.
The Epic Games Store’s latest Christmas giveaway is an action-adventure that’s been well received by players since its release in 2022.
But the offer only runs for 24 hours, giving users until 4pm UK time on December 25 to download it.
Each day, there’s a new free game available.
For December 23 to 24 it was Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition.
And now for the next 24 hours it’s GhostWire: Tokyo.
Metacritic.com gives it a Metascore of 75/100, while the user score is 8.4/10.
“Tokyo’s population has vanished and deadly supernatural forces prowl the streets,” the official description reads.
“Hone your otherwordly abilities to unravel the truth behind the disappearance and save the city.”
Bargain hunters have been racing to download the game before it’s too late.
“go buy now and it shows as 0. I just got it,” one said.
“One of the best game I have ever played,” another commented.
However, some have pointed out that GhostWire: Tokyo has been given away previously.
“Bruh i already got it for free from prime gaming last month,” a third user wrote.
If you miss this giveaway or already have it, not to worry, as Epic will be adding another one tomorrow (December 25) at 4pm UK time.
