Jude Bellingham and Levi Colwill will play no part in England’s forthcoming UEFA EURO 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.

The pair arrived at St. George’s Park for assessments on Monday but will now return to Real Madrid and Chelsea respectively to continue their rehabilitation.

Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford and Kalvin Phillips will meet up later this week owing to personal matters.

9.15am, Monday 13 November

Ezri Konsa, Cole Palmer and Rico Lewis have received their first call up to the England senior squad.

Aston Villa defender Konsa was a 2017 FIFA U20 World Cup winner and also won seven caps for the MU21s, during which he added the 2018 Toulon Tournament to his international honours.

Chelsea forward Palmer has represented England from U15s upwards. He has 15 MU21 caps, scoring on five occasions, and lifted the U21 EURO last summer.

Manchester City’s Lewis is another who has progressed through the England pathway. Like Palmer, the 18-year-old was originally included in Lee Carsley’s MU21 squad with four caps to his name for that age group.

The trio’s addition follows the withdrawal of James Maddison, Lewis Dunk and Callum Wilson across the course of the weekend.

The majority of Gareth Southgate’s squad are due to report to St. George’s Park on Monday with further assessments to take place.

9am, Monday 13 November

Midfielder Jacob Wright of Manchester City has been called into the MU19s squad for their games with Romania, Japan and Mexico in Spain. Ezra Carrington (Manchester City) and Jobe Bellingham (Sunderland) have both withdrawn from the squad.

5.15pm, Sunday 12 November

Daniel Gore (Manchester United), Timothy Iroegbunam (Aston Villa) and Aaron Ramsey (Burnley) have withdrawn from England’s Elite League squad to play Italy and Germany through injury. Martial Godo (Wigan Athletic) and Charlie Webster (Heerenveen) will join the squad.
