Bafta-winning star Daisy May Cooper confirmed this week that she’s pregnant with her third child during a PDA-packed outing with boyfriend Ant

Daisy May Cooper has confirmed she’s pregnant with her third child.

The 37-year-old TV star already shares two children with her ex-husband Will Weston, who she married in 2019. Daisy and Will called time on their marriage in 2021, months after the birth of their son Jack. The exes are also parents to a daughter named Pip, who’s five.

It was recently revealed that Our Country star Daisy is smitten with a Bristol-based artist named Anthony Huggins, who, in an unlikely turn of events, Daisy met on dating app Hinge. The lovebirds confirmed this week that they’re expecting their first child together when they packed on PDA while shopping for baby clothes in Cirencester.

Daisy and Ant held hands when they stepped out for a spot of shopping on Wednesday, with the former’s bump on full display in a figure-hugging all-black look. The parents-to-be could barely keep their hands off one another while making the most of the sunny weather, and Daisy was seen heartily laughing as they went about their day.

It was first suggested earlier this month that Bafta-winner Daisy was expecting her third child, with a source telling the Sun of her and Ant’s romance: “Daisy is pregnant and is really excited to become a mum for the third time with her new partner. The pair have been going strong, so the addition of a baby will only bring them closer together.”

Speaking directly to the outlet herself about Ant, Daisy raved: “Now I understand a relationship shouldn’t be rowing at 3am […] That’s not what love is. Love is being able to live together on a day-to-day basis, enjoying each other’s company, being completely yourself and having that accepted.

“He doesn’t want to compete with me. He earns £1,500 a month and he’s the sweetest, kindest, most chilled-out man.” Daisy and Ant met on Hinge and the couple were first seen getting cosy at this year’s BAFTAs.

The doting mum-of-two also opened up about her and Ant’s new romance when speaking to Katie Price on her podcast in December, saying: “I’m with the same guy I’ve been with for a year and he’s so f****** good for me, he’s so calming and it’s made me realise that I can actually be a f****** good partner, if I have a nice partner in return, if he’s not trying to f****** control me, or compete with me or put me down.”
