The biggest and best summer party of the year, Capital’s SummertimeBall with Barclaycard returns with a star-studded line up!

The UK’s biggest summer party returns to Wembley Stadium for another show-stopping event, with 80,000 Capital listeners and a massive line-up of the world’s hottest artists are set to come together in London’s iconic venue, on Sunday 16th June 2024.

More huge names confirmed to play Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard on Sunday 16th June were revealed on Capital Breakfast this morning by Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby. RAYE, Meghan Trainor, Becky Hill, Aitch, Sugababes, Ella Henderson and Paul Russell were confirmed this morning on Capital Breakfast, following yesterday’s announcement that David Guetta, Perrie, Sabrina Carpenter, Benson Boone, Rudimental, Jax Jones, Bradley Simpson and Caity Baser are on the bill.

Six-time BRIT Award winner and four-time Global Awards winner, RAYE, joins the bill for the Ball. The British singer-songwriter has seen a stratospheric ascent to stardom in the last year, with her huge hits including ‘PRADA’ with Cassö and D-Block Europe and ‘Escapism’ topping the charts. Her performance at this year’s Ball is set to be a huge hit with Capital listeners.

Capital announced this morning that GRAMMY Award-winning global superstar Meghan Trainor is set to play Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard. Meghan Trainor is no stranger to the Ball, as she last performed back in 2015 and will make a welcome return this Summer. Meghan Trainor’s debut smash single ‘All About That Bass’ back in 2014 catapulted her into stardom and since then she has amassed a long list of prestigious awards and chart-topping hit singles, including ‘Made You Look’, ‘Dear Future Husband’ and ‘No’. Meghan has collaborated with a plethora of huge artists including John Legend, Nicki Minaj, Sigala, Charlie Puth, Teddy Swims and Jason Derulo.

Capital favourite Becky Hill will ignite the party at Wembley as she takes to the stage to play her chart-smashing dance-pop songs. Becky Hill, one of the leading forces in the UK music scene, has a sensational year coming up as she embarks on her biggest headline shows to date with a nationwide arena tour ahead of her highly anticipated second album. The two-time BRIT Award winner has collaborated with some of the biggest names in music including David Guetta, Chase & Status, Tiësto and Netsky.

BRIT Award winning rapper Aitch will also take to the stage at the Ball. The Manchester-born star has amassed a huge fan base over the years, releasing massive tracks with huge artists including ‘Psycho’ with Anne-Marie, ‘My G’ with Ed Sheeran and ‘Bamba’ with rappers Luciana and BIA.

Sugababes will be bringing the throwback vibes to the Ball with a set filled with noughties nostalgia. The trio formed back in 1998, and delighted fans when they reformed in 2020, and are set to release a new album this year and perform at huge festivals and gigs across the summer.

Singer-songwriter Ella Henderson will also take to the stage at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard. Ella Henderson has collaborated with huge artists including David Guetta, Becky Hill, Nathan Dawe, Jax Jones and earlier released a brand new single ‘Alibi’ with Rudimental which reached number 1 on the Official Big Top 40 from Global.

American singer and songwriter Paul Russell, behind the huge hit ‘Lil Boo Thang’, joins the bill for Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard. Paul Russell will be a huge hit with Capital listeners as he fills Wembley Stadium with his feel-good tracks.
