MLB The Show 24 and Lightyear Frontier come Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass
MLB The Show 24 comes packed with a ton of modes for baseball fans, with a large focus on the history of the sport. The Negro Leagues added in last year’s game return this year for a second season in Storylines, offering you ten new Negro League Legends to play with. Road to the Show is the “ultimate role-playing experience,” tasking you with creating your own baseball player to rise from the minors to the majors, while Franchise puts you in the shoes of a team manager attempting to win the World Series. If collectible cards are more your thing, the Diamond Dynasty mode has you covered with player cards from all eras of the sport.
Players with an Xbox Game Pass subscription can play MLB The Show 24 on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, while Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can stream it via Xbox Cloud Gaming.
Lightyear Frontier launches into Game Preview today. We haven’t got any Lightyear Frontier achievements for you just yet, but we’ll let you know if they arrive. In this open-world farming sim, relaxation is the aim of the game as you customize your mech, grow alien crops, and explore the world without anything hassling you. You’ll need to carefully manage your relationship with the planet’s ecosystem by restoring the polluted areas around your farm, removing invasive weeds, and replanting trees as you harvest your already grown ones. With your gameplay accompanied by an “atmospheric cosmic country soundtrack,” it sounds like Lightyear Frontier is going to be a pretty chilled experience.
Players subscribed to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass can play Lightyear Frontier on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, while Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can stream it via Xbox Cloud Gaming.
