The return of the WWE Bad Blood premium live event has been officially announced following a 20 year absence.
The Bad Blood pay-per-view event was a staple of the WWE calendar during the early Ruthless Aggression era, but the event has not featured a new instalment in 20 years.
The last event saw Triple H and Shawn Michaels face off in a Hell In A Cell match to end their bitter rivalry.
It was recently reported that WWE would potentially be bringing back the event, with it potentially set to take place on October 5, which would mark 27 years to the day since the first Hell In A Cell match.
Today, music producer Metro Boomin officially announced that the Bad Blood event would be returning on October 5 in Atlanta, Georgia at StateFarm Arena.
Metro uploaded a video of the event featuring himself and WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in a broken down car, spying on the arena waiting for the event to begin.
