Strictly fans went wild after Vernon Kay made a cheeky comment about his wife Tess Daly live on air on Saturday’s show.
The TV star, 49, made a surprise on appearance during the semi-final to read the terms and conditions of voting to viewers.
The Radio 2 presenter was joined by his wife’s co-host Claudia Winkleman during the segment and she congratulated him on recently raising millions for Children In Need.
Claudia then said: ‘I would like you to say her name but let me set the scene. You are snuggling, it’s Sunday, maybe the puppy is on your lap and maybe you have had a delicious roast. Say her name with romance and love.’
Vernon replied: ‘Well, obviously I would be wearing some pyjamas and have a Baileys, maybe a splash of cologne. Tess, over to you’.

Tess – who tied the knot with Vernon in 2003 – took the joke in good humour as she giggled amid the handover
Tess giggled amid the handover and fans on social media were also quick to enjoy the humorous moment.
One fan took to X – formerly known as Twitter – and said : ‘Tess holding it together there on #strictly after that handover from Vernon. What a professional!’
Another said: ‘Love how Tess turned into a giggling schoolgirl with the handover from Vernon there…so cute!!’
A third viewer wrote: ‘seeing tess and vernon kay on strictly together is a combo I never expected, but what a treat xxx’
One fan admitted that the treat that came as an ‘unexpected’ addition to their Saturday evening but were happy nonetheless.
Another even jokingly accused Vernon – who tied the knot with Tess in 2003 – of giving his wife the eye.
