The television star, 31, who rose to fame on Made In Chelsea in 2013, has been a huge hit and is now 6/5 to win with Paddy Power to be King of the Jungle
He said during a pre-jungle appearance on The Joe Marler Show podcast: ‘I think I’ve probably come to near the end of my TV stuff. I’ve done a lot, that would probably be the last one. I feel like that would be a really nice way to go out.’
Sam has been a hit with fans since entering the camp in Australia, with viewers loving his bubbly personality and enthusiasm.
The former Made In Chelsea star is not afraid of how he might be shown in the edit of the show as he insists someone’s personality cannot be changed for the purposes of entertainment.
He insisted: ‘You can’t edit someone’s personality. You can’t do it. You can’t give someone a different personality. They still have the traits they have.
‘What you can do is cut down what they’ve said, because obviously it’s got to fit into a certain amount of time.
‘It’s funny when people panic and go, ‘Oh, the edit has done me dirty there. No, you’ve done you dirty. They can’t put a word in your mouth. You have said that.
‘No one else has said that. Just because you’re bummed out that bit has got in, that’s not anyone else’s fault, that’s got to be your fault right?’

Sam has appeared on Celebrity Big Brother (pictured in 2017), Celebrity Coach Trip, Celebs Go Dating , The Celebrity Circle, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, and Celebrity Ghost Hunt
He had a very awkward moment with the actress, 32, as she broke down in tears yet again and said she wanted to leave.
Sam quickly jumped in to tell the sister of pop icon Britney Spears that she is the person ‘who cried wolf’ and will end up staying the longest and making it to the final.
Jamie took offence by the comment and told the radio presenter that in the moment she ‘really does want to leave’ and that everyone has bad days.
Sam, who has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), quickly said that he also has bad days sometimes but he ‘saw a frog in the shower’ the other day and it made him ‘appreciate’ being in the jungle as it is not something you experience in the real world.
Viewers quickly took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and agreed that Sam had been ‘very insensitive’ towards Jamie as she ‘misses her family’.
One wrote: ‘Yeah, that was a bad call by Sam there when he said to Jamie Lynn she’s crying wolf and smiling in her face. She was actually really struggling and that was really mistimed and very insensitive.’
A second penned: ‘No but I actually agree with jamie lynn there, sam telling her she ‘was crying wolf’ p***ed me off… way to invalidate someone’s emotions lol’
Another added: ‘Sam saying Jamie Cried Wolf. That was mean. Just really mean. Jamie misses her family and she’s trying. That was just nasty. Not cool Sam not cool.’
‘When I heard Sam say about Jamie-Lynn crying wolf I was like OOOOP’, said a fourth.
Another added: ‘Jamie Lynn the girl who cried wolf. Unexpectedly savage from Sam’.
While another wrote: ‘I don’t think Sam meant it that way, but still. Can see why she got a bit irritated’.
Jamie broke down in tears once again after being offered a small square of chocolate in camp.

The sister of pop icon Britney has had a very emotional start to her time in camp and has frequently been filmed in floods of tears over the difficult conditions and missing her family back home.
She began crying after eating the tasty treat, as she took herself away for time alone and was later comforted by former boxer Tony Bellew.
The chocolate bar came as a reward after Marvin, Sam and Tony’s successes at The Misery Hotel, offering the campmates their first taste of chocolate since entering the jungle.
Sam, as team leader, decided to crack open the chocolate for a morale boost after the camp experienced extremely wet weather.
Speaking in the Bush Telegraph he said: ‘The heavens have opened. I’ve never seen a wetter day than right here, right now. In my entire existence by the way.
‘It’s like a monsoon. I’m team leader, I’m on my throne, I want people to be happy.’
Sam rallied his camp by saying: ‘Do you know what we need? A bar of chocolate!’
The news went down very well as everyone began to celebrate and Fred painstakingly chopped the bar up into equal parts.
This meant that by the time the chocolate was divided into 11 parts, everyone only had a tiny morsel to taste each.
Earlier in the episode Jamie broke down in tears once again after being offered a small square of chocolate in camp
Sam said in the Bush Telegraph: ‘The camp went wild! Everyone’s clapping. It was like we’d won the World Cup!’
As they shared out every crumb Tony laughed: ‘The struggle is real!’ and Josie chose to save hers for another time, saying she would have ‘chocolate rice’.
In the Bush Telegraph Tony said: ‘I let a piece of chocolate melt on my tongue in my mouth. That was a very strange thing to do. The jungle has made me soft.’
But the chocolate did not go down well with everyone as Jamie Lynn took herself away from camp to cry.
When she walked back in, fellow campmates Tony and Danielle Harold checked up on her.
Tony said: ‘OK, mate?’ while Danielle gave her a cuddle.
Jamie Lynn said: ‘That little square of chocolate p*****d me off.’
Danielle said: ‘It’s because it gives you a taste of what’s outside…’
Jamie Lynn laughed: ‘I probably should have just let someone eat it. I feel a little better maybe. I just needed to cry.’
Nick encouraged her: ‘Have a little cry J.’
Jamie Lynn in the Bush Telegraph said: ‘I just want more chocolate.’
In the Bush Telegraph Tony said: ‘She’s just getting frustrated, she misses her kids.
‘She’s so far away from home. It’s good to just go and ask someone how they’re doing. Just look out for each other. Everyone should have that attitude with everybody.’
Checking on her near the creek, Tony asked her: ‘How you doing girl?’
Jamie Lynn said: ‘I needed a change of scenery. I was struggling earlier.
‘I’m just tired of sitting up there. I’m sorry I didn’t mean to make you come all the way down here.’
Giving her a hug Tony said: ‘Don’t be silly, I was coming to see how you was.’
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! continues Wednesday at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
