A road in Bridgend was closed in both directions following a “serious” crash. The A4061 Blackmill Road in Blackmill was closed between the A4093 at Graig Terrace and the A4093 Llangeior turn-off at Pantyrawel following the crash on Sunday, November 19, reported traffic monitoring service Inrix.
South Wales Police were at the scene and advised drivers to avoid the area. The force said in a post on X, formerly Twitter, at 12.14pm: “We are at the scene of a serious collision on the Blackmill Road, Blackmill. The road is currently closed in both directions. It is expected to remain closed for some time. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes where possible.” The road re-opened just before 1pm.
