Fire crews have been tackling a large fire at an industrial estate in Pembrokeshire. The blaze broke out at TBS Recycling on Waterston Industrial Estate, Milford Haven.
A Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokesman confirmed crews from six stations were called to the fire at 1.33pm on Wednesday, January 10, and are likely to remain there overnight. The fire spans an area of 25m by 50m.
There are understood to be no casualties. A road closure is in place at The Main Road in Waterston and residents are advised to keep doors and windows closed.

The fire service confirmed in a statement shortly after 9pm: “Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service are currently dealing with an ongoing incident at TBS Recycling on Waterston Industrial Estate, Milford Haven, and are likely to be in attendance overnight. Residents are advised to keep windows and doors closed. There is a road closure in place at The Main Road at Waterston – please avoid the area.”
Dragon LNG and Dragon Energy, companies based on the industrial estate, said in a statement: “We are aware of a fire in the vicinity of Dragon in Waterston which is causing lots of black smoke. As a precaution all non-essential work on site has stopped and our maintenance and stores teams have been relocated. We are monitoring the situation and coordinating with the emergency services.”
