There is a potential major spoiler for a new signing possibly set to debut at tonight’s WWE WrestleMania 40.
According to a report from PWInsider Elite (via Lucha Libre Online) there have been several names spotted backstage at WrestleMania 40 night two, however most notably, one that is a likely new signing.
Jacob Fatu has been spotted backstage at WrestleMania 40 night two in Philadelphia and PWInsider notes “we are told (he) has officially signed with the company”.
Fatu is a literal cousin of the Usos and Roman Reigns, seemingly poised to join the Bloodline.
Fightful Select had reported earlier in the day that Fatu had “told people” he had signed with WWE, which led to a booking for an indie show being canceled.
However, people in WWE or NXT didn’t confirm he’d signed as of Fightful’s report, but it sounds like PWInsider has received confirmation.
PWInsider also reported earlier that The Rock is backstage at WrestleMania tonight.
