We are currently seeking a Key Account Graduate Trainee who will report to the Key Account Manager UK & Nordics & Benelux as part of our dynamic team in London.
Your opportunity
The Key Accounts Graduate Trainee will have the possibility to support the KAM for managing and developing the business with the main Top Accounts of the country by building and implementing sales and trade marketing plans with each of them.
How you How you will contribute
- Collect and analyse customer sell-out reports, proposing recommendations based on results
- Support KAM’s to propose tailor-made assortments considering market trends and business needs
- Prepare client assortments ahead of selections meetings in London showroom
- Support KAM’s to compile customer presentations and business updates ahead of client meetings
- Support KAM’s by preparing customer selection files after each buying appointment, adding client specific information e.g. prices in local currency, customer reference numbers etc
- Monitor service level and order fulfilment rate for customers, e.g., collaborative planning, automated replenishment. Proposing actions for low/critical/out of stock sku’s
- Contribute to order collection and management in collaboration with customer service and logistics department
- Facilitate stock delivery within clients requested delivery dates, collaborating with customer service and logistics department to manage the logistic flow
- Ensure maximum customer service and follow-up of orders and deliveries
- Support KAM’s to build joint sales and marketing plans with major customers
- Assist the finance department with invoice, debit and credit note requests
Who you are
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Language requirements: English. Nordic languages will be considered as a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytic skills
- Sales driven with the ability to expand business and analyse and identify new opportunities
- Dynamism, Focus on results, Problem solving, Teamwork and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
