Premier League stars Erling Haaland and Bukayo Saka got into the Christmas spirit as they dressed up as Santa Claus.
Manchester City’s Haaland has enjoyed an outstanding year with his club after winning the treble last season alongside a number of individual awards.
Saka, meanwhile, has played a crucial role in Arsenal’s rise back to contending for major honours despite them falling short last term.
Ahead of the crunch period of the season, the pair got into the festive mood by dressing up as Santa Claus.
Haaland posted a picture of himself in the full Santa outfit while holding the Champions League ball and trophy.
He captioned the photo on Instagram: ‘Ho Ho Ho Christmas is here! Hope you can enjoy it with your loved ones.’
Similarly, the official England account posted a photo of Saka all smiles while sporting the Santa hat and beard.
The caption read: ‘Saka Santa!’ with the Santa Emoji.
Saka and his team-mates, like last year, will head into Christmas day top of the Premier League table following their 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Saturday.
The 22-year-old has been in fine form for Mikel Arteta’s side this team, contributing with eight goals and 11 assist across all competitions.
The Gunners will seek to remain at the top when they host London rivals West Ham at the Emirates on Thursday night.
Meanwhile, City’s Haaland, who has 19 goals and five assists in all competitions this term, has been ruled out of action in recent weeks and missed the Club World Cup triumph with a foot injury.
Pep Guardiola will be hopeful of having the Norwegian striker back in the squad when they travel to Everton on Wednesday.
