It’s not even Halloween yet but the first Christmas Market has already opened up in the city centre – offering a bit of early festive cheer.
Whilst the bulk of the Manchester Christmas Markets won’t arrive until November 10 with more than 225 stalls spread out across nine sites, Cathedral Gardens has already been transformed into a winter wonderland with food, drinks and gift stalls now open – as well as a huge ice rink.
Skate Manchester has been turned into a Halloween-themed Scare Skate until October 31 and will then, from November 2, be transformed into a festive haven with Christmas tunes and a glittering Christmas tree until January 2.
