Danniella Westbrook looked incredible in a new snap as she celebrated being sober following her battles with addiction.
The former EastEnders actress, 50, took to Instagram on Tuesday and shared a stunning photo of herself in a black cardigan and white top.
The soap star had her blonde locks slicked back while she accentuated her beauty with a smokey eye.
Alongside the snap, she wrote: ’90 days early days but it’s never too late to change your life … if you are struggling with addiction or alcoholism please get to a meeting. We can and do recover. Love ❤️ always Westie x’.
The actress was praised by fans for the post, with one writing: ‘Love this! You look fantastic. Please be as kind to yourself as you are to others and also reach out if you are finding yourself in a dark place .
‘To you and others needing to hear thi , addiction can be something you live with, not have to suffer with.’
Another fan added: ‘You look beautiful Dan, well done darling , keep the good work up xxx,’ while a third wrote: ‘Well done ❤️ it’s a long road but your doing amazing.’
A fourth wrote: ‘Well done Daniella. You are beautiful. I remember reading your book. Keep looking forward!!’
Danniella has been open about her battle with drugs in the past, including spending £250,000 on cocaine over the years.
The star previously revealed she was doing ’11 bags’ of cocaine per day leading up to her stint on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016.
Speaking on the Anything Goes with James English podcast, Daniella told how ‘no one’ knew of the extent of her addiction at the time.
She said: ‘I do feel for my kids. When I went on Big Brother my kids were thinking ‘oh my God how’s she going to be?’
‘Because I went on there doing 11 grams of gear [cocaine] a day. I ain’t going to lie, no one knows that.
‘I was doing 11 bags of gear a day then they walked me through that f**king door and I went …’
‘And my son and everyone went ‘oh God.”
Daniella’s addiction to cocaine was so severe that her septum – the cartilage between the nostrils – fell out.
A year after Celebrity Big Brother, the soap star relapsed on cocaine, telling Now magazine: ‘I’m an addict and the wheels fell off.
‘I was dabbing cocaine in my mouth and rubbing it around my gums to numb the pain.
‘People think I was hoovering cocaine up my nose again but I wasn’t. I was wiping it around my gums.’
