Christine McGuinness looks casually cool in a black tracksuit as she gets a blow-dry after admitting she ‘feels alone’



She admitted to feeling alone and not in the best frame of mind.

But Christine McGuinness appeared in better spirits on Saturday as she made her way back from a late afternoon hair appointment in Cheshire.

The model, 35, cut a casual figure in a black hoodie and jogging bottoms, which she paired with chunky white trainers, as she made her way to her car.

Her hair was freshly styled into big bouncy curls and she carried a white bag over one shoulder as she flashed a smile at waiting photographers.

It comes as The Real Housewives of Cheshire star, opened up to her fans about how she had been feeling.

In a candid post, she shared a clip of herself  looking out at a lake, watching some ducks. 

She captioned it: ‘Feeding the birdies where I usually bring my children whilst they were at school.

‘I was trying to ‘feel good’ but it didn’t help to be honest, I felt even more alone. Looking for a new escape place’.

In a further admission of her vulnerability, she included some audio over the top which read: ‘I’ll tell you now, she’s not a princess that needs saving. 

‘She’s the warrior that needs rest in between battles. Be her home. Not her hero.’

Fans lauded her bravery in the comment section, with some ‘sending love and hugs’, others posting heart emojis and many offering up their suggestions of places to go for some time out.

Christine has been very open about her diagnoses with autism and earlier this year, she released BBC documentary titled Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism.

The show was a journey of self-discovery that uncovered the links between her autism and struggles growing up.

Talking about having the condition as a child she said: ‘When I was younger, I really struggled at school, I struggled to make friends to socialise, and to fit in, it was at home I always felt the most comfortable. 

[My] mum was always the most positive mum…

‘And she always made me feel like I can just be made it comfortable, and she just loves me and she made me smile every single day.’

Christine shares three children, Felicity, seven and twins Leo and Penelope, nine with her estranged husband, Top Gear presenter Paddy, 50 who are also autistic.
