Chelsea have reached an agreement with Leicester City to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
The fee for the 25-year-old is expected to be £30million, in line with other proposals Leicester received.
The midfielder is scheduled to complete a medical today and personal terms are in place on a contract until 2030.
The Leicester academy graduate is regarded as an ideal fit for the style of football Chelsea want to play under new head coach Enzo Maresca, who replaced Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge earlier this summer.
The Athletic reported on Friday Chelsea had submitted an offer to sign Dewsbury-Hall .

He is thought to have declined the chance to join Brighton & Hove Albion. His Leicester contract was due to run until 2027.
Dewsbury-Hall started 41 of Leicester’s 46 league games under Maresca last season, scoring 12 goals and providing 14 assists as they returned to the top flight at the first time of asking.
He joined Leicester at the age of eight in 2006 and progressed through the youth system to make his first-team debut in 2020.
Brighton held talks over signing Dewsbury-Hall in January but a move never progressed.
Chelsea have an agreement in principle to sign young forward Marc Guiu from Barcelona, while they are also close to completing the signing of defender Aaron Anselmino from Boca Juniors.
