Anne-Marie and her rapper husband Slowthai’s baby joy has been revealed, after they were seen with their newborn daughter for the first time.
The Voice star, 32, kept her pregnancy out of the public eye and welcomed a baby daughter called Seven – in tribute to her favourite number – two years after the couple’s secret Las Vegas wedding, which was revealed last week.
On Thursday, the family-of-three were spotted hitting the road in London, with both musicians looked delighted to be spending time with their daughter.
Seven went from reclining in her pram to being cradled by Northampton-born Slowthai, 29, real name Tyron Kaymone Frampton, who was later seen sparking up a cigarette while Anne-Marie continued to push the buggy.
Anne-Marie was in full mum mode for the outing as she combined her trademark trendy style with comfort, comprising an over-sized checked shirt and Adidas tracksuit bottoms while Slowthai was in a similarly baggy look.
Anne-Marie went make-up free for the outing where she was charged with pushing the pram while her husband held on to little Seven and posed for snaps taken by the doting new mother, who looked as loved up as ever.
Once he returned the tot to the pram, he used the hands-free window to enjoy a cigarette and later planted kisses on their little girl’s head.
Anne-Marie’s pregnancy came after their secret wedding, with sources telling The Sun: ‘Anne-Marie and Slowthai have had a baby daughter they’ve named Seven…
‘It is Anne-Marie’s lucky number and she even has 0707 tattooed on her because she sees them as her angel numbers…
‘She was born last month in and both of them are absolutely delighted. Anne-Marie has always wanted to be a mum so this is an amazing time for her.’
Anne-Marie has previously spoken about her affection for the number seven and what it represented in her life. She said: ‘When you see double numbers, your angels are supposed to be with you and seven is my favourite number…
‘Because of where the mirror is, when I look in the mirror I see it.’
Last week, the couple’s marriage was revealed. The Kiss My songstress had previously sparked speculation she had tied the knot after she was pictured wearing a diamond ring on her finger in Notting Hill in March last year.
The couple are said to have wed in secret in Las Vegas during a break from her tour.
A source said: ‘Anne-Marie and Slowthai got married in secret two years ago. She had an eight-week break from her tour and they went to Las Vegas and got married.’
Insiders added Anne-Marie’s record label have voiced concerns Slowthai’s upcoming trial could impact her female-friendly image.
MailOnline has contacted Anne-Marie and Slowthai’s representatives for comment.
The couple were first spotted together on night out in May 2022.
Tyron faces trial before July 1 having been accused of raping a woman twice in September 2021 following a concert that took place in Oxford during a UK tour.
The Northampton-born rapper appeared before the city’s magistrates last May.
He has ‘categorically denied’ the claims, however, he was removed from the Glastonbury, and Reading and Leeds Festival line-ups after his court appearance.
His stage name originates from his childhood nickname – Frampton had a speech impediment which caused him to speak slowly and with a drawl.
Slowthai is associated with ‘gritty and rough instrumentals and raw, politically charged lyrics.’
He rose to popularity in 2019 and has previously centred his songwriting around Brexit and Theresa May’s tenure as Prime Minister.
His first album Nothing Great About Britain was nominated for a Mercury prize in 2019 and reached the Top 10.
In December a row broke out after he was put forward for three BRIT Awards amid his upcoming trial.
He made the long lists for Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act respectively ahead of the ceremony in March. He was included in the long list as he has released music within the eligibility period.
