Andy Murray has teased the possibility of teaming up with his brother, Jamie Murray, at this year’s Wimbledon championships.
The Murray brothers have not played together since 2019 and teamed up for Great Britain’s Davis Cup triumph back in 2015.
But the Scottish duo could possibly get back together on the court at Wimbledon this year in what could potentially by Andy’s last appearance before retiring.
Andy was speaking after losing in the opening round of the doubles with compatriot Dan Evans at the French Open.

When asked whether he will play doubles at Wimbledon this year, Murray replied: “I may do, yeah.
“I’m not 100 per cent sure yet.
“My brother doesn’t have a partner for Wimbledon currently.
“We have spoken a little bit about it. So may do that, but not 100 per cent sure yet.
“I mean obviously Jamie could also get a good partner, as well. We’ll see what happens, but yeah, we’ll probably decide in the next few days probably.”
Andy hasn’t played doubles at Wimbledon since 2019 when he famously partnered Serena Williams in the mixed doubles as well as playing alongside Pierre-Hugues Herbert in the men’s doubles.
Jamie is partnered with New Zealand star Michael Venus at this year’s French Open after the pair formed a new partnership last year.
However, the duo will go their separate ways after the French Open with Jamie on the look out for a new playing partner.
Andy was playing in the men’s doubles after losing in the opening round of the men’s singles draw.
The three-time Grand Slam champion lost in straight sets to Stan Wawrinka in what was potentially his final appearance at Roland Garros.
It was only Murray’s second appearance at the French Open since reaching the semi-finals back in 2017.

The 37-year-old will now turn his focus to the grasscourt season and has been confirmed to play in the Stuttgart Open starting on June 10.
He’ll also be expected to play at Queen’s the following week having won the tournament a record five times.
