Amazon has sent customers wild after slashing the price of one of its most popular speakers in its huge Black Friday sale. Tech fans are rushing to get their hands on one of the Alexa speakers, which rival the Echo Pop, and have been hailed as a ‘brilliant quality’ by those who have tried them.
The official Black Friday date doesn’t fall for another week but Amazon has surprised all eager shoppers by dropping its deals a whole week earlier than usual. And it’s own tech devices are in huge demand as it’s ‘astonishing’ Echo Dot smart speaker which is praised for its resonating sound is now just £6.44
The 2022 5th Generation Echo Dot, the newest version of the device, usually costs £54.99 to buy outright but thanks to Amazon’s early Bird deals users can walk away with a huge £48 saving. The Prime retailer has been teasing price drops on its range of home tech for weeks now, having previously dropped two-for-one offers on the similar Echo Pop speakers, and now its Echo Dot deal is here.

Amazon itself has dropped the price down to £21.99, but there’s an extra £15 saving and 3% cashback on top for those who want to save more money. This can be found if you head over to the discount site TopCashback as it gives spenders a chunk of moneyback after they’ve bought the Echo Dot device.
How does it work? The deal is for new TopCashback members who signup using this link and from here they can search Amazon in its serach engine. From here they can then buy the Echo Dot as usual from the Amazon site, and still benefit from the price drop there too.
