Leeds United can confirm that this year’s FA Youth Cup Final will take place at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium on Friday 10th May, with kick off at 7pm.
The Young Whites have a chance to write their names into the history books, with United’s Under-18s last winning the prestigious competition back in 1997 when they beat Crystal Palace in the final.
Rob Etherington’s side kicked off their campaign with victories over Norwich City and Brighton & Hove Albion away from home, before overcoming Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United on penalties at Bramall Lane.
Shootout success set up a quarter-final clash with Liverpool, and backed by supporters at Elland Road, the Whites put in a stellar display to win 3-1 and book their spot in the final four.
Over 10,000 fans packed into the ground for the semi-final against Millwall, which saw United come out on top in a seven-goal thriller, with 90 minutes now standing between them and FA Youth Cup glory.
Leeds United will receive our own allocation of tickets for our supporters at the Etihad. Further ticket information will be announced in due course.
