Vogue Williams has shared an insight into her trip away with her husband Spencer Matthews and their friends as they enjoy a sun-soaked getaway to St Barts.
The couple were holidaying at Spencer’s family’s hotel, the luxurious Eden Rock, and posted snaps from several locations across the resort.
TV and radio personality Vogue, 38, posted a series of bikini-clad photos, showcasing her gym-honed physique as she posed alongside her husband and pals.
Vogue looked incredible in a skimpy two-piece, which she accessorised with a gold chain necklace and a pair of chunky red frame shades.
Meanwhile, Spencer, 35, flaunted his own chiselled physique and sun-kissed glow in a pair of blue swimming shorts.
In one snap, the couple stood either side of two friends and their baby as they all beamed for the camera in the idyllic beach shot.
Another photo with the same couple, showed them all dressed for dinner, as Vogue slipped into a geometric print co-ord, featuring a stylish halterneck top.
Elsewhere, the group splashed about in the swimming pool with their kids as they cooled off from the heat, with Vogue holding onto her youngest son, Otto.
Vogue and Spencer are also parents to Theodore, four, and Gigi, two, who were all on the family trip.
The family appeared to be having a great time away with their friends, as Vogue captioned her post: ‘First week of the holiday is over.
‘The absolute best time with our pals. Find great pals to go away with and stick with them!’
Spencer shared a gallery of snaps to his own Instagram page, including a shirtless photo of him showing off his washboard abs on the beach.
Clean-shaven Spencer also posted a sweet selfie with his wife as they both smiled for the camera, in the post which was captioned: ‘This place is so special to me.
Spencer, whose family own the hotel, added: ‘Grew up here for most of my childhood so really feels like home. Delish.’
The Clean Co founder was looking at peak fitness after recently hitting back at critics who had told him he looked ‘too thin’.
Spencer slammed claims he ‘looked sick’ and was too thin after being inundated with comments about his appearance.
He is currently training for an endurance run and was sporting a ripped physique in a recent clip.
However, some of Spencer’s fans thought he appeared too slim recently, with some even asking why he was ‘punishing’ himself.
Taking to Instagram after, the TV star told his followers he is in the best shape of his life and to stop commenting on other people’s appearance.
He wrote: ‘Every single day on this platform, women write to me expressing concern for my appearance. They say that I’m too think and that I look sick… One asked why I’m “punishing my body” and most say “hope you’re ok??”
‘This is a quick note to say that your concern is misplaced and the delivery of that concern is unhealthy. I am fit, well, and above all, really happy.
‘In fact, I’m the healthiest I have ever been – enjoying a disciplined routine and am driven with clear goals, training for a World Record endurance run which will hopefully raise a substantial amount of money for people who need it.
‘Training for this challenge is NOT punishment, its PROGRESS….’
Spencer said he never received any messages of concern about his looks when he was ‘overweight’ and a ‘problem drinker’ while on Made In Chelsea.
He added: ‘Please don’t mistake me pushing myself physically as being unhealthy… It’s not. It’s exciting and in my case, makes me feel alive and full of purpose.
‘Not once did I ever receive a single message of “concern” when I was a huge problem drinker – overweight and drastically unhealthy. I wouldn’t have wanted it then and I certainly don’t want it now.
‘It’s really simple – don’t comment on anyone’s appearance. If someone looks different there is probably a reason for that.
‘Mine is that I found a healthy lifestyle’.
Several users sent Spencer their support, writing: ‘Cannot fathom why people would message that?! You look healthy but even if not … erm not appropriate.’
‘Louder for the people in the back. Why anyone feels the need to comment on someones appearance is bizarre!’
‘Well done & well said!!! People only ever comment when the weight is lost and feel it’s ok to do so. You look fantastic.’
‘Bravo well said! Funny that mostly ladies saying it, would thought it would be green eyed men more!’
