Frankie Bridge showcased her sensational figure in a grey sports bra and black leggings as she posed for a mirror selfie on Instagram on Tuesday.

The former Saturdays singer, 34, looked incredible as she flashed her toned abs in the workout kit as she posed in her home gym.

She opted for a pair of comfy white trainers and flashed her gorgeous smile as she raised her arm in the air while posing for the snap.

The Loose Women star celebrated her children Parker, 10, and Carter, eight, who she shares with former footballer husband Wayne, going back to school.

She penned: ‘Boys back in school. Bring on a bit of a routine. My mind and body need it!’

It comes after Frankie got saucy on Monday Loose Women as she gave candid insight into her sex life with husband Wayne.

The singer, who will celebrate her 10 year wedding anniversary to the footballer, 43, this year, spoke to her fellow panelists about making excuses for sex.

While the women shed light on excuses to avoid having sex, Frankie confessed that while sometimes she gets ‘tired, anxious and stressed’, Wayne will have sex with her regardless of his mood or feelings at the time.

The audience were left in uproar when she made the hilarious confession, saying: ‘I just think men and women are so different, generally speaking. Like so much affects me if I’m stressed, anxious, got something going on, tired whatever…

‘Then it makes me not in the mood, it’s got nothing to do with my partner but then Wayne, I can be horrible to him all day then I can turn around and say: ‘Let’s get it on’ and he’ll be like: ‘Ok then!’

Frankie, who has two sons with the sporting legend, opened the segment by admitting she finds it strange when people are quizzed over their sex lives – particularly celebrities.

She said: ‘First of all I think it’s weird that people get asked all the time what their sex life is like. Like who’s got the front to say to like Sharon Osbourne: “What’s yours and Ozzy’s sex life like?’

Back in March 2021, Wayne left fans red-faced by confessing that the couple had been getting steamy during lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic.

He admitted he and wife Frankie have been having daytime sex during the UK’s third lockdown, in between homeschooling their sons.

He revealed: ‘Because of our kids and the lockdown, bedtime’s become harder, so [sex] has become a daytime thing. But that’s also been quite tough because of home- schooling… it’s quite difficult…

‘There have been times with them coming close to catching us! I like a late-night one but my missus isn’t as keen – she likes a bit earlier, and she likes to go to bed early as well. I do like daytime [sex] as well – it makes you feel good afterwards…’

Frankie rose to prominence as one-fifth of The Saturdays in 2007, but she found fame years before. She was a member of S Club Juniors from 2001 to 2004  along with future The Saturdays groupmate Rochelle Humes.

Frankie has been a panellist on Loose Women since 2021.

Frankie made her West End debut in August 2023 with her role in thriller 2:22 A Ghost Story at the Apollo Theatre. Cheryl and Lily Allen also starred.

The star is an ambassador for mental health charity Mind, following a battle with depression that, in 2011, left her hospitalised.
