Darren Moore makes two changes to his starting Huddersfield Town line-up
– Huddersfield Town side named to face Leicester City
– Manager Darren Moore makes two changes to the side
– Lee Nicholls returns; Edmonds-Green in for Hogg
Huddersfield Town Manager Darren Moore has made two changes to the starting line-up for this afternoon’s Sky Bet Championship game against Leicester City, which gets under way at the King Power Stadium at 3pm.
Having missed the last three games as he completed the concussion protocol following his injury in the away game at Millwall, Lee Nicholls returns to start our first game of 2024 in goal. Jacob Chapman, who performed excellently in our last two games, returns to the bench.
Unfortunately, Jonathan Hogg has not received from the illness that forced him off the pitch in our last game against Middlesbrough. As a result, Rarmani Edmonds-Green starts his first game since 11 November at Hull City.
The squad is otherwise unchanged from Friday evening’s game at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Moore is without Chris Maxwell (hamstring), Josh Ruffels (groin), Matty Pearson (calf), Jonathan Hogg (illness), Delano Burgzorg (ankle), Tom Edwards (personal reasons), Ollie Turton (knee), Kian Harratt (hamstring), Danny Ward (Achilles), Pat Jones (hamstring), and Ben Jackson (illness).
