This page will help members of the Scotland Supporters Club understand the process of purchasing tickets for EURO 2024 via the UEFA website.
PRIOR TO SALE
Each member aged 18 and over must have an online account created at UEFA.com prior to the ticket application. Without an account on the UEFA website, you will not be able to apply for tickets.
If you have already created an account from EURO 2020 or any other UEFA competition, please ensure you can get logged into the account prior to the sale.
The Scottish FA cannot help with any issues with logins for the UEFA website, so please contact UEFA on the links below.
Any member who has already been successful in the UEFA ballot for a Scotland match or matches that take place during the same day as a Scotland match, will not be able to purchase tickets.
EMAIL ADDRESSES
Each member aged 18 and over must have a unique email address to set up an account on the UEFA Ticket Portal.
UEFA’s Ticketing Portal will not allow multiple accounts with the same email address.
If you share an address as you have a friend or family member with no email address then we strongly recommend updating both your UEFA & SSC account with a unique email address.
Please update your SSC account accordingly if there are shared email addresses so that each access code can go to an individual email address. Although u18’s cannot register, we want to ensure that the Access Code will go specifically to the u18 member.
The email address on your SSC account is the address where we will send the Access Codes.

SSC TICKET QUOTA
We have been allocated the following amount per match, in the group stage:
- 10,000 Standard Tickets
- 20 Easy Access Seats (Ambulant Seating at Hampden)
- 20 Wheelchair Bays
For EURO 2024, UEFA have introduced one quota for each match rather than a percentage quota based on stadium size. This means that the allocation won’t be penalized if Scotland play in a smaller stadium.
Ticket categories are on a first come, first served basis.
Eligible members will receive a unique access code for one ticket, for each match for their own personal use.
GROUP STAGE | STANDARD SEATING TICKETS
The Scotland Supporters Club Loyalty Points system will be used to identify who is eligible to apply for a ticket for each match.
If you are eligible, you will be emailed a unique Access Code to the UEFA Ticket Portal for each relevant match.
Fans on 12 points & higher will be given a guarantee to purchase a ticket for each of the group stage matches with a 24hr window starting on 6 December at 12 Noon.
Fans on 11 points will have an option to purchase tickets, however at from this stage of the sale it will be subject to availability. If there are still tickets remaining, we will issue codes as per the sales schedule until all three matches are sold out.
Access Codes will be sent before each points bracket starts. The email will contain a code for each match subject to availability.
GROUP STAGE | ACCESSIBLE SEATING TICKETS
For easy access and wheelchair tickets, we have sent a pre-registration form to all ambulant and wheelchair members so they can register their interest.
Once we have collated all the requests, we will allocate tickets using the loyalty point system should demand outweigh the number of tickets.
Successful applicants will be emailed an access code for each match, to apply for tickets. UEFA only permit one carer ticket which can be chosen if needed during the purchase process. The carer ticket is complimentary.
SEAT WITH FUNCTION
For tickets requested within a single application, seats will, when possible, be located next to each other.
Fans can request their tickets to be sat next to another SSC member by doing one of the following:
- using the SEAT WITH option during the purchase, i.e.: by entering their friend’s order number in the Order Summary page before making the payment.
- Or using the SEAT WITH option after the purchase, i.e.: by logging into their Ticket Portal account and adding their friend’s order number in the Order History
Please note that it is not guaranteed that seats will be located next to each other after using the SEAT WITH options. Adjacent seating is subject to availability.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Tickets from different categories cannot be seated together.
- Tickets purchased by the general public and tickets purchased by fans of the participating teams will be seated in different areas of the stadium.
- Tickets purchased in different sales phases will not be seated together.
- For applications with a mix of standard tickets and accessibility tickets, there are no guarantees that seats will be next to each other (but the companion seat will always be located next to the Easy Access/Wheelchair seat).
U18 TICKETS
U18 are not able to register on the UEFA Ticketing portal. However, eligible members will still receive an access code per match to purchase tickets.
The unique access code for the u18 member can be used by an 18 or over friend or family member to purchase on the adult account.
The responsible adult can use the ‘sum up’ function to add the u18’s access code to purchase together. Once the adult has entered their access code and selected a ticket category, the u18’s access code can be added in the Shopping Cart via the ’Add More Tickets/Matches’ Button.
Once the access code is added this will allow the responsible adult to buy their own ticket plus the u18 ticket. This can be done for a maximum of four codes. I.e., One adult & three u18s can be purchased per match.
The sum up function will only work if the same ticket category is selected.
This process must be done for each match, if purchasing for multiple games.
Both tickets will remain on that account and both tickets will have to be scanned at the turnstile using the same mobile phone on the UEFA Tickets App.
If you are on a different points level to the u18(s) member in order to buy together, the only option is to wait until you have both access codes and purchase together.
Unfortunately, as this is a UEFA sale, we have no control over the sales process as an u18 cannot register a UEFA account.’
MOBILE TICKETS
All tickets for EURO 2024 will be in mobile ticket format.
Tickets bought via the SSC issued Access Codes are non-transferable.
Mobile tickets will only be accessible via the UEFA Tickets App. Each ticket purchaser will be notified via email to download the UEFA Tickets App & accept UEFA Ticketing T&C’s before accessing their ticket(s).
Each ticket user will have to provide personal data in the UEFA Tickets App.
When viewing the ticket in the UEFA Tickets App, the QR code will only be displayed on matchday.
Group stage tickets will be uploaded into the UEFA Tickets App approximately 5 days before the start of the match and the QR code will become visible 3 hours before gates open.
Screenshots of the QR code are not permitted as a valid ticket. The QR code will be blocked if this is attempted.
LOYALTY POINTS
As this is an UEFA tournament, there will be no loyalty points assigned for attending any of the UEFA EURO 2024 matches.
ELIMINATION ROUND MATCHES
Should the team progress past the Group Stages, we will announce the particulars of the sale in due course.
