The update, which appears to just be called the November Update, brings a bucket-load of new content to the game. In the Overworld, you’ll now find a new mob to recruit: witches. Witches are powerful new ranged units that will lob poisonous potions at piglins. Witches are spawned from witch huts, not spawners like other mobs, and you’ll need to earn their trust before you can use their huts in the campaign. Other new witchy apparatus included in the update are Cauldrons, which are a special structure that buffs allied mob damage and adds knockback to their attacks.
Elsewhere, there is a new Frog Mount, which can be found in swamps and along rivers. This mount has the highest jump of the mounts available and allows you to change direction in mid-air. It also provides a swim-speed bonus and has reduced fall damage.
As for new enemies, the Piglin Clanger is a “disruptive piglin” that can knock back and stun player mobs, while the Piglin Air Chopper is a giant fan controlled by enemy mobs that spread spores into the Overworld and can blow the player and their mobs away.
The new Minecraft Legends achievements ask you to explore this new content by spawning witches, building cauldrons, and defeating air choppers and clangers. However, the new list also wants you to dabble with Minecraft Legends’ custom campaign and versus feature, which was added back in August.

In our Minecraft Legends review, we called the spin-off a “fun and compelling strategy game” for more casual players. However, we did note at the time that the game did suffer from “finicky building controls, wonky mob AI, and a lack of depth for the big strategy heads out there.”
