Ashley James championed body positivity as she gave an insight into her family holiday to the Maldives on Tuesday.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 36, showed off her figure in a red bikini while posing on the beach at the Kuramathi Island Resort, eight months after welcoming her second child.
Sharing a throwback photo, she could be seen rocking a similar two-piece when she was pregnant with her daughter Ada, as she detailed her anxiety struggle post birth.
Ashley was joined by her boyfriend Tommy Andrews as well as their son Alfie, two, for a day at the beach.
The family could be seen as they frolicked in the sand while watching the stunning sunset.
Alongside the update, the model wrote: A little bit of what we’ve been up to the last few days. It’s been so nice to spend time together as a family.
‘I always find it takes a few days to properly switch off and unwind and it’s really nice to see the kids bond with Tommy when he’s not working.
‘I’ve found I’ve had this weird form of anxiety since I was pregnant with Ada. I don’t know if anyone else has experience of this and I don’t even know if I can articulate it properly.
‘On the outside I’m happy and content more of less. But I find when people message me – especially voice notes, I don’t listen to them. For weeks. Even when it’s people I really look forward to hearing from.
‘I’m usually so vocal and in tune with world events and I’ve found myself lying low. I guess not wanting to have an influx of negativity my way. I’ve found myself slipping into the perfectionist traits where I pick things in my life apart.
‘I don’t know, I’m only 8 months postpartum and still breastfeeding so there’s still a lot of emotions and hormones knocking around so I’m just being kind to myself and reminding myself to be proud of myself.
‘Anyway, it’s been lovely to just try to switch off and enjoy precious family time. I feel so happy and grateful for this time, especially when I think of everything that’s going on in the world.
‘I’ll do a proper breakdown of our stay as soon as I can but I genuinely have loved Kurumathi for family.’
Ashley announced she had given birth to a baby girl, Ada, in a sweet Instagram post in March.
The reality star welcomed her first child, a son named Alfie, in January 2021, just a year after she and tech professional Tommy began dating.
Made In Chelsea’s Ashley spent six years single before settling down with Tommy in December 2019, after having first met ten years earlier.
Six months later, the couple discovered they were having their first baby, after Tommy moved into Ashley’s London home amid the coronavirus pandemic.
