A serious crash has shut a main road in Torquay. The A380 Hamelin way is closed both ways after a car reportedly overturned.
It happened from the from Torquay turn off to Gallows Gate Roundabout. There is slow traffic as a result.
Traffic monitoring website Inrix reports: “A380 Hamelin Way in both directions closed, slow traffic due to accident investigation work from Torquay turn off to Gallows Gate Roundabout.
“Two vehicles are involved with one overturning.”
Devon and Cornwall Police have been contacted for more information.

A spokesperson said two vehicles are involved in the crash. They added that the road is expected to be closed for some time.
There is no word on how serious any injuries are in the crash.
